“The hiFace DAC doesn’t do anything: it has no digital output nor dedicated headphones driver. Our aim was to design a unit capable to do only one thing, and to do it very well. The hiFace DAC has one line level stereo output to drive the input of an amplifier. But atually, it can drive medium- or high-impedance headphones, too, but this is not its main task. Of course, I’m not the right person to express an evaluation of a product I designed and sell, but I’m feeling so enthusiast about it that I needed to share my feeling with you, my dear readers!”
